We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Conscious Creatures dog treats. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a friendly return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
Please review the following guidelines:
Timeframe: Kindly submit your return request within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
Unopened and Unused: Dog treats must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
Product Defect: If the dog treat has a manufacturing defect or quality issue that affects its safety, taste, or overall usability, it can be returned.
Incorrect or Damaged Shipment: If the dog treat received is incorrect, damaged during shipping, or if any items are missing from the order.
Full price products - Please note that only regular priced items are eligible for refunds.
Expired products - We do not accept returns on treats that have exceeded their expiration date.
Issue Video/Photo: Prior to submitting your return request, we kindly request that you create a video or take pictures of the reason for return. This will help us better understand the situation. Once you have this please send the return request along with your Order ID and details to our Customer service contact for liaising on phone or email
Return Status Notification: After we review your return request, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, we will send a new package of our Dog treats to you at no additional cost. Kindly note that since we are an environmentally friendly company we will not require you to resend the package.

a).Cancellations by Conscious Creatures
Conscious Creatures reserves the right to cancel or decline any order for various reasons. This may include situations such as limited quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or concerns raised by our credit and fraud avoidance department. In some cases, we may need additional verification or information before accepting an order. If any part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required, we will promptly contact you. Should your order be canceled after your credit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your Card Account.
b).Cancellations by You
Conscious Creatures retains the discretion to accept or decline order cancellation requests for any reason. To cancel an order, you have a 24-hour window from the time of placing the order. If we receive a cancellation notice within this timeframe and the order has not yet been processed or approved, we will cancel the order and provide a full refund. The refund process typically takes 10-15 working days.
Please note that orders that have already been processed cannot be canceled.
Conscious Creatures has the sole authority to determine whether an order has been processed. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept Conscious Creatures' decision regarding order cancellation, and you agree not to dispute such decisions.
